    2. The land is in a residential / commercial zone
    3. Willing to cooperate until the project is completed and the cooperation agreement is carried out in front of a notary

  • 1. The payment structure involves periodic disbursements, whereby each time a consumer makes a payment, a portion is allocated to you, while another to construction of the house
    2. After Sale and Purchase agreements, Payment will go into your account first

  • Length of Agreements is 24 Months, divided into :
    1. Split of Freehold Title (SHM) : 4 Months
    2. Building Permit (PBG) : 2 Months
    3. Agreements : 1 Months
    4. Building Houses : 6 months
